JOB FUNCTION:
Support and assist the meat market department through various tasks.

oProvide outstanding customer serviceoClean equipment and sanitize dailyoMeat preparationsoCut meatoRecord and report accurate inventory countsoAssist all customers in their shoppingoOther duties as assignedBASIC
Qualifications:
oMust be at least 18 years old or olderoMust be able to work Saturdays and some eveningsoAbility to work in a fast paced environmentoAbility to work with othersoGood interpersonal skillsoGood verbal communication skillsoBasic math skills are requiredoPrevious experience is helpful but not requiredPHYSICAL DEMANDS:
oOn feet 8 hours per dayoRepetitive lifting and graspoReaching, pushing, pulling, twisting, squattingoFrequently lift 0-20 poundsoOccasionally lift up to 60 poundsTYPICAL EQUIPMENT USED:
oGrinders, slicers, knives, tenderizer, cooking equipment, scalesoBaling machine, stock carts, manual pallet moverWORK ENVIRONMENT:
